Easy Termite Bait Monitor™ is specifically designed for the subterranean termites that have a preference for dry timber (those that eat our homes), via lid timber. Easy Termite Bait Monitor™ also has a base timber.

Lid Timber maintains ideal conditions for longer as away from moisture (up to a year).

Easy Termite Bait Monitor™ is inspected every 3 months. If during inspection lid timber is moist or shows signs of deterioration or has any mold growth (and every 12 months), then it is replaced. Base timber can show some signs of deterioration but also should be replaced every 12 months.

Every 12 months (or after termite attack and colony elimination) the base timber and lid timber is replaced with new timbers and Easy Termite Bait Monitor™ moved at least 30cm to a new location.

When replacing timbers, may require screwdriver or other implement to prise off old timbers. Remove old adhesive well with hot water and abrasive pad to allow good adhesion of new timbers.
